I purposely missed Bug's 19 month update. I splurged and threw all my great photos of her from the car wash into that one car wash blog and had no pictures to use for the 19 month update. And every time I wanted to take a photo of her, she would start to throw a fit and at the end of the work day, I was just not going to force it. Oh, I also couldn't get my thoughts together enough to even write down all of the new updates. That's the real reason. I hate to just bombard you all with photos of her and no real updates about what she's been up to.
Sorry about that. Parental FAIL. Personal FAIL. I'm so disappointed in myself...kind of. (Hey, let's be grateful it happened at 19 months and not in the first year, okay?) I ask you for forgiveness because judging from the amount of emails and texts I get from you asking about Bug and what she's up to, obviously you've missed her on Facebook. My giving up Facebook for Lent has obviously been harder on you than me. This shocks me. I'm truly grateful for all of your inquiries and interest in our little Bug and that you all love her so much and that perhaps my Buggy updates benefit others as much as they do her parents.
Anyway, you'll have to wait until next week for the update. Until then, please pray that I can get through the endless crafting I'm doing this weekend for Bug's classmates and teachers for St. Patrick's day...which can only be done at night, to prevent a certain someone eating the glue. (Hint: It's not Daddy.)
Now that I've given you excuse after excuse, when you do get that 19 month update, let's pretend she's not 19 months and 1 week, okay? THANKS.
