Nana's Surprise Birthday and a plan ride for Bug and Duck

Last weekend, we took a short trip and flew to Oregon (yes, a trip to Oregon a week before our Christmas road trip to Oregon) to surprise Nana for her 60th birthday!  Boy was she surprised!  This was also Bug's first airplane ride.  Woohoo...right?  Despite a ton of nervousness on the parents, Bug was amazing and she did great on the plane.  Before takeoff she even said, "You ready, Mom?  Don't be scared, okay?"  She knows me all too well.  On the flight back before takeoff, she said, "Okay, Mom...no one is scared, okay?  Not me, not you, not Dad, and not Uncle Scott."  :P Please excuse my crappy camera phone photos.  Before heading to the airport I imaged myself carrying our bags, coats, and Bug while trying to get through airport security.  After that pretty picture, I decided that lugging around a large camera was the last thing I needed.  Then I forgot the small camera.  Gah!   Waiting for her flight. ...

2 years, 4 months, and 13 day Bug

Yeah, I'm late again on the monthly update.  I can't even say sorry anymore.  This month's update is all videos! Tell me you just died.  Cute, right? As a response to the above Facebook video, Bug's best buddy, C also recorded a video note for her.  Kids these days- all about technology.
