D. Family Coffee Break

I'm not sure where April went.  So...let's do a run-through of it before I go on to May.   Things that occurred in April: We moved back to Burbank! Easter happened. May it is!  As we've gotten closer to 3 years old, people have been warning us that the 3's are actually worse than the 2's.  We already agree, especially since the last year with Bug has actually been quite easy compared to the 18-24 month period.   Her ability to communicate alleviated a ton of the tantrums.  I wish we could say we could foresee the third year of Bug's life to be just as "easy," however, it's looking quite dim.  We've approached and passed the stage where Bug is not only testing her limits, but utilizing [not so nice] words and phrases appropriately.  We didn't expect this stage for another 10 years!   Current phrases that seriously push us over the edge: "You're not my best friend." "Why do you say that to me?" ...

We're in March and the search for a new place continues... Someone is still really into dance... We're spending a lot of time with Mama and Papa. Someone is growing into a very loving and nurturing kid. With daylight savings, we're able to walk after school now! Still a frozen yogurt queen. We're spending a lot of time with Uncle Kris! Daddy and Mommy sometimes get to go out alone for a meal!  Thanks, Mama and Papa! We're having a lot of play dates. Mommy and Bug are having some quality afterschool snack time at Coffee Bean. Someone's become very domesticated-- helping wash dishes and make rice! Someone had salmon!  Yippee!!!!!  Someone is also very obsessed with her bunny ears from Easter two years ago. Everyone is getting fit! Mom and Dad went to the race track and it was confirmed they have no idea how to gamble. Her new home- Mama and Papa's bed. Like I said b...
