Mother of Butter!

This is Paula. She LOVES butter. She is the "MOTHER OF BUTTER".  This woman can add butter to anything!  Recently, while searching for some new and improved ways of making chicken soup, I ran across Paula's recipe which consisted of 2 entire sticks of butter!  I was astonished.  This is the only woman in the world who needs 2 sticks of butter to sautee vegetables for chicken soup! God Bless, Kat

Memories

Every once in awhile, you'll find me posting old pictures...old memories... This one is from the first month Wyatt and I dated, the first time he met my ENTIRE family (extended included), at my twin nieces' birthday party. I mean, really...WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? God Bless, Kat

A White Thanksgiving

The day before Thanksgiving, Wyatt and I drove to Sacramento after work, for the first half of our Thanksgiving drive.  We stayed at my brother's house overnight and quickly headed to Medford, OR the next morning.  We spent Thanksgiving with Wyatt's dad, stepmom, Mickie, Heather, Ben and the girls.  (Thank you, Bagley family for the wonderful turkey and stuffing!).  The girls all wanting some love from TaTa. Even Jackson wanted in! Rylee teaching Wyatt and Jackson a thing or two... Woke up the next morning to snow falling! Our poor little Camry was deathly cold! Wyatt has not seen this in a very long time... Dad & Mickie's house The garage... The backyard.... Wyatt's trying to figure out how to put the chains on...apparently we need 'em! What a blessing to be able to make it up north to spend the holidays with Wyatt's family and even more of a blessing we made it home from all that snow!  :)  God Bless, Kat

Obsessed

I am obsessed with collecting photos from all of my wedding events.  I'm dreaming of one day getting my act together and saving enough money to actually print out the photos and make a photo album.  (I'm workin' on it!)  For now, happy updates on photos I've randomly stumbled upon and never have seen will have to keep my motivation going... Enoy! God Bless, Kat

Sharing is caring

We're quickly approaching the holidays and this will be the first year that Wyatt and I will be splitting up the holidays between all three sets of parents.  With the holidays being so close to the wedding last year, we were unable to travel for the holidays and my family got the big three:  Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.  This year, however, they're going to have to share.  Our holiday schedule will be as follows: Thanksgiving with Dad, Mickie, and the always loving Bagley family in Medford, Oregon.  From the picture messages I've been receiving, it looks like "white Christmas" has made an early appearance.  I can't wait.  (We'll definitely be stopping by my brother and sister-in-law's house in Sacramento to drop off Christmas gifts for my nieces.) Christmas will be in Arizona, at Wyatt's stepsister, Kristin and her husband, Jason's house.  Wyatt's mom and Gary will be flying in a few days before we arrive.  New Years Eve wi...

Once a bride

After planning my own wedding, I'm finally glad to take a step back and witness the wedding planning process of what seems like a million (okay, exaggeration, but still A LOT ) of my friends who are about to get married in 2011.  Although I can look back on my wedding planning process as one of the most hectic, but memorable times in my life, I'm happy to say that it's over.  After the wedding came the holidays, lots of travelling, apartment hunting, moving in, buying a new car, and adopting a snobby cat, Wyatt and I are finally settling into a routine... FINALLY . This year, I'm enjoying witnessing the love my friends have for their soon-to-be-spouses.  Last weekend I attended a bridal shower for my sorority sister, Kimi.  I love going to these showers, especially because it's like a mini-reunion for all my sorority sisters.  Now that we're not in college, it's hard to find the time to get together as a large group.  I thought I'd share some pics... ...

These girls!

Are my nieces cute, or what?!?!?! Just some shots from my photoshoot with Madysen. (She's the only one who stood still long enough.) I love these girls. God Bless, Kat
